- Checked exterior and interior for visual defects
- Checked 744 Key for tightness in 704 Small Gears
- Checked 520 Oil Collector for proper installation and operation
- Checked 752 Bearing for proper installation
- Checked all pins for proper installation
- Checked 755 Gears for proper alignment
- Checked 507 Oil Ring for defects
- Checked 507 Oil Ring during rotation of motor for correct operation
- Turned 703 Hub and checked for proper motor operation
- Checked 610 Pin
- Checked 508 Pitman Guide
- Cleaned exterior of motor
- A new tail pin and break band will be on each motor
- All reconditioned windmill motors will have new bearings and upper shafts
- Windmill platforms & pump poles are treated with oil base stain
- A heavy duty stuffing box is used to prevent contamination at the wellhead
- Towers will be erected with the use of a transit, to insure tower will be plumb and level
